Managing Resort'sinsurance plan and related government institution relationship and maintaining medical and other administration related task.What you will doProvide emergency care and first aid treatment to all the employees and resort's guest within the scope of responsibilities.Maintain a fully supplied First Aid Centre in the Resort.Administer a systemic medical and insurance registration / claim / GL for all employees.Ensure that all Malaysia Health Department guidelines are strictly observed and adhered to.Actively involved in coordinating and promoting annual Health and Wellness events/ camps to ensure that employees become more health conscious.Accompany employees to the clinic/ hospital whenever needed.
