Responsibilities:Responsible to create first article CMM parts programming.
Responsible to assist the Metrology Manager to compile and review first article report.
Responsible to provide CMM basic operation training to first article technicians.
To communicate and cooperate with internal project teammates for NPI programs.
Responsible to assist the Metrology Manager on all Metrology technical issues.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above, with preference in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
With minimum 3 years online & offline CMM parts programming experience.
To have sound foundation in GD&T (Geometric and Dimensioning Tolerancing).
Able to interpret 2D mechanical part drawing.
Exposure to Machining, Sheet Metal, Welding & Painting environment will be an added advantage.
Strong personality with dynamic characteristics.
Able to demonstrate knowledge of FMEA, SPC, CpK, Cp, GR&R.
To have knowledge of FA or PPAP.
Able to converse and write in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
