**First-Level Customer Support Representative****Job Title**: First-Level Customer Support Representative**Department**: Customer Support**Reports To**: Customer Support Manager**Summary**:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a First-Level Customer Support Representative. As a First-Level Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with prompt, courteous, and effective support.
