About the JobAs aFit-Out Project Coordinator , you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.
Your responsibilities will span from project initiation to completion, focusing on detailed planning, effective communication, and quality management.
Project Planning & CoordinationDevelop, monitor, and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out projects.
Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and engineers to define project requirements, goals, and specifications.
Coordinate and oversee the design, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Maintain clear and effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Budget & Cost ManagementOversee project budgets, including preparing estimates for materials, labor, and resources.
Process and track payment statuses for external stakeholders to ensure timely settlements.
Quality & Safety ManagementEnsure all fit-out work adheres to the required standards of quality and safety.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Monitor performance to ensure alignment with project specifications and design standards.
Relationship ManagementAct as the primary liaison with landlords throughout the fit-out process.
Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project status, issues, and milestones.
Foster strong relationships with landlords and internal management to drive project success.
What You Need To HaveA degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Previous experience in fit-out projects or construction is highly preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in fit-out or construction environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, landlords, and internal teams.
Ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong planning and time-management skills to ensure projects stay on track.
Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
Capability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
Willingness to occasionally travel to project sites and adjust to project demands.
