Responsibilities
Create and maintain strong working relationships with Instructors / Facilitators (for all related programmes). To brief and disseminate information to Instructors / Facilitators for various programmes. Evaluate and make changes to the programme based on clients' and affiliated companies' feedback and evaluation. Monitor the Instructors / Facilitators performances and discipline while ensuring that it adheres to the code of conduct. Track and maintain updated records / logs of incidents at the events. Verify Instructors / Facilitators log sheet at the beginning of each month for payment. Assist the Operations Manager or other Programme Coordinators with any other ad-hoc tasks when required. Requirements: At least 2 years of event management/coordination or relevant experience. Minimum Diploma is required. Candidates with Sports Science background will have an advantage. Well versed with Microsoft Excel. Outspoken, meticulous, proactive, independent, team player. Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an advantage.
