DescriptionManage the Record to Report (RTR) process for fixed assets, ensuring that all asset transactions, including acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
Ensure proper reconciliation of fixed asset accounts within the RTR framework to support accurate financial reporting and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist in the preparation of fixed asset reports and schedules for management and external reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Support the RTR team with fixed asset-related queries, providing timely and accurate information for financial statement preparation.
ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, with a focus on fixed assets, is typically required (usually 1-3 years of experience).
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) may be preferred but are not always required.
Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in relation to fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures.
Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar asset management systems.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
