Truck Maintenance Management : Oversee and manage truck repair and maintenance to meet operational needs and compliance.
OH&S Participation : Actively participate in all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) programs and activities.
Operational Alignment : Execute truck operations in accordance with the business unit's strategy.
Vendor Documentation : Ensure timely completion and submission of vendor documents.
Fleet Utilization : Maximize the utilization of the company fleet and manage fuel usage.
Reporting and Compliance : Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Toll finance and adherence to contracted KPIs for truck maintenance.
What you'll succeed
Repair & Maintenance Reports:Prepare weekly and monthly reports on truck repair and maintenance.
Purchase Orders:Issue purchase orders as needed on a daily or monthly basis.
SAPPM:Manage SAPPM tasks daily and monthly.
Vendor Coordination:Follow up with vendors for truck breakdowns, quotations, and invoices on a daily and monthly basis.
Touch & Go Monitoring:Conduct monthly monitoring of Touch & Go transactions.
Fuel Monitoring:Oversee Petronas fuel usage and monitoring.
