Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, wholesalers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate daily reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to the Headquarter Sales Manager. Task Scheduling: Plan and organize daily sales activities, including client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations, adhering to the schedule provided by the Headquarter Sales Manager. Market Analysis : Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to the Headquarter Sales Manager for strategic decision-making. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Headquarter Sales Manager, keeping them informed about the progress, challenges, and opportunities in the outstation territories. Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG product portfolio, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits to clients. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, wholesalers, and distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
