Job Description: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.Analyze market dynamics and propose strategic actions to improve market share and product penetration.Identify potential market segments and evaluate the feasibility of new products.Develop and implement business development plans that align with the company's overall strategic goals.Identify new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities for business growth.Work with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns in different regions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.Negotiate and secure distribution agreements and sales contracts.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Drive sales performance through innovative strategies and targeted initiatives.Monitor sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Work with the sales team to improve market coverage and ensure product availability across all relevant channels.Provide insights to the product development team regarding market needs and potential product improvements.Assist in positioning the company's product portfolio competitively in the market.Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotions and brand-building activities.Prepare and manage budgets related to business development activities.Track and report on financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability of business development initiatives.Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate potential business risks related to market entry or new ventures. Job requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the FMCG sector.Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies based on insights.Proven experience in managing client relationships, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Deep understanding of the FMCG sector, market trends, and consumer behaviour.Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally to achieve business goals.Able to work in the Tea Garden HQ Office,
