Job Purpose Ensure service standards are maintained at the highest level and drive the team towards achieving the Company's vision, mission, and values.
Assist and support the Head of the F&B Department regarding operational needs and working closely and cohesively with the Chef and other division personnel.
Responsibilities Coordinate and optimize front and back of restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow.Monitor the business performance, endeavoring to expand the restaurant's reach through targeted promotions, and driving the teams to achieve restaurant revenue and goals.Delivering a positive dining experience by keeping guests and diners satisfied and happy with excellent customer service.Planning menus, pricing, and maintaining food quality by working closely with the in-house Chef.Oversee all operational-related matters, especially for residents' meals, F&B service at the All Day Dining, The Bar Lounge, Room Service, event and banquet. To manage banquet events booking, quotation, event setup, meal ordering, and meal arrangement or coordination with the kitchen.Managing inventory and ensuring that all supply deliveries arrive on time and are sufficient for operation use.To assist or support in-store operations whenever required for stock receiving, issuing, or ordering and ensuring the FIFO, Bin card system is up to date.Maintain food safety & quality standards and ensure the operational team complies with food safety and hygiene policies.Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.Oversee all F&B-related issues, and deal with customer inquiries and complaints.Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff. Who are we looking for? Minimum Degree holders in Business Management, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline are preferred.At least 10 years of solid working experience in the Food & Beverage line, hospitality industry, or in related areas.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong interest and passion in creating a great dining experience and delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of health & safety regulations, food safety standards, and liquor licensing requirements within the food industry.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
