Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in a function rooms, bars, lounges, restaurants, pool area or in-room dinning. You will:
set or prepare the outlet ready for service including keeping assigned areas stocked with supplies respond to guests' needs & wants requests, e.g. food or beverage orders, serve and clear tables prepare itemized checks and accept payment answer questions, explain menu items and specials, and/or handle service recovery perform up-selling of F&B products to guest answer telephone calls and taking guest reservation safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices Requirements: Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia #J-18808-Ljbffr
