Food & Beverage Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise overall operations of The Coffee House.
Maintain customer care and service standards and have an awareness of product knowledge and merchandising.
Be responsible and accountable for the operational running of their area of responsibility.
Serve food and beverage to guests in a polite and courteous manner.
Maintain good hygiene practices while serving guests.
Perform tasks as instructed by supervisor/HOD.
