The Food Research and Development section is responsible for product research and development which includes new business, new category, line extension, and product renewal from Strategy of Product stage (SP Stage) until Product Life-cycle Management stage (PM Stage).
Job Scopes:
A.
Product Development
Prepare, plan, and monitor project working schedule with experimental design to meet project target.
Conduct competitor product study to understand market trend and customer's requirement.
Develop prototype recipe based on product concept and work within development schedule.
Conduct lab experiment trial to set up new process parameter idea and conduct commercial scale-up study.
Prepare and complete assessment documents timely and ensure smooth production after assessment.
Prepare and complete the Halal application and quality assessment timely and ensure smooth production after quality assessment.
Develop product recipe application.
Perform root cause analysis and assist product complaint.
Develop products which are safe, Halal, and meet regulatory requirements.
Execute and accomplish technical jobs independently for all job assignments.
B.
Management
Inform and update superior on project progress timely.
Set priority and manage assignment initiatively and independently.
Take initiative in a team.
Support HACCP, quality, 'Halal', safety, and environment management system.
Support the planning, purchase, and maintenance of Laboratory equipment, instruments, and tools.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing, Food Studies, and BioTechnology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with managing team member experience.
Able to travel overseas by schedule for business purposes.
Applicants must be willing to work inBandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan .
