Food Technologist

To conduct test for company product and propose new application to improve the quality or other product development. To manage raw material sourcing, literature study, research and development on products in order to ensure compliance to specifications and regulations, fulfill market and customer requirement. Responsible in sensory evaluation, costing calculation, product analysis, shelf life study and trial run preparation.Full handle for design and development of test requirements and any special testing equipment/apparatus to establish product specifications.To evaluate and improve formulation and specification of existing product for cost-reduction, quality improvement, efficiency and energy conservation..Participate in investigating complaints, identify root cause and make recommendations related to formulation for short term/permanent fixture.To involve in ad hoc study case related to product quality and safety.
