Forklift Driver/Warehouse Keeper

a) The Forklift driver is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, unload incoming stock and load orders.b) Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift.c) Support the daily production operation, ensure the exact quantity and type of materials issued to production; General Packaging Material Issuance Record (WH-F001)d) Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.e) Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.f) Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.g) Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas to loading bay for shipment.h) Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions.i) Record all the incoming material in the log book.j) Keep appropriate records guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.k) Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.l) Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.m) Examine and inspect stock items for damage, reporting any damage to superior.n) Keeps area safe, clean and organized, maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area.o) Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
