Format Delivery Implementer

**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Accountable for Shop upgrading programs and Project Delivery for Format team on project management.- Conduct Retailer Engagement when required.- Area Office liaison Focal / Conduct Site Engagement, Site Selection and Due Diligence Check.- Partner liaison focal on layout/construction including layout review and scope assessment.- Manage and plan with Engineering partners on project timeline.- Attend Kick Off/Pre handover/Handover meetings.- Ensure HSSE Requirement compliance.**Skills**:- Good stakeholder management skill - externally and internally- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently to drive results and deliver through others in some cases.- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving results with quality, cost efficiency and customer service playing key pivotal roles- Well-built skills in project management i.e. organization, prioritization, and time management.- Having attention to detail.- Collaborative nature, team player.- Proficient in Ms. Office.Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
