It also manages process changes and serves as the link between Nexperia and foundry partners, ensuring smooth operations with third-party foundries.This role needs to be based in Shanghai.What you will doMonitor KPI for Foundries for Delivery, cycle time, Yield and Quality aspectsWork with the foundry partners and BG to create yield enhancement plan, manage process related product reliability issues and provide NPI and tape-out support.Monitor, review and manage process changes/improvements supporting requestsSupport R&D and technology transfer projects, manage relation and be communication interface between Nexperia and FoundryDrive Supplier operational execution with 3rd Party FoundriesWhat you will needDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial ManagementMinimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, device engineering, yield enhancement, and process integration of wafer fab processKnowledge of Discretes, CMOS and BCD process a key advantageProject management skills and problem-solving capabilitiesExperienced in supporting R&D project, process transfer, yield enhancement, process developmentEffective communication skills and ability to drive activities across highly matrixes, cross-functional teams as well as external suppliersFluent oral English, writing and comprehension are necessaryWilling to relocate to Shanghai.Why work for us?
