Job Summary: As Financial Analyst reporting directly to Finance Manager, you will be fully responsible for the finance functions to provide FP&A support to the assigned businesses in APJ.
As part of a global organization, you will experience dynamic interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders located in different countries across the globe.Responsibilities:Principal Responsibilities:Act as primary finance contact to work with business teams and liaison with other functional teams [i.e.
Operations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Trade Compliance, Global Business Services (GBS) and Controllership]Closely monitor and support the financial performance of the businesses.Provide guidance to business team regarding financial related matters, including pricing, margin enhancement, and business development opportunities.Working Capital ManagementAccounts Receivable (AR) – Keep track of outstanding AR and work with business team to ensure timely collection.Inventory – Closely monitor inventory level / aging status and drive action plans with business team to ensure proper inventory control in place.Accounts Payable (AP) – Manage trade payments with suppliers to optimize working capital for month-end and quarter-end cutoff.Business PartnershipServe as finance business partner/advisor and work with various stakeholders to facilitate new business engagement, new vendor/customer enrollment, business decision support, and financial planning/forecasting.Prepare financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for GLM business team.Develop financial model/template to support price setting to maintain the margin requirement.Review and understand contractual terms in agreement/statement of work (SOW) along with various stakeholders to articulate financial implications.Coordinate with GBS and Controllership to ensure proper accounting treatments for all business transactions.Perform ad-hoc assignments or assist in special project as required.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Familiar with ERP system, SAP and BW and TM1 experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointGood command in English (written and verbal)About 5 years of relevant working experience, MNC experience preferred.IT services industry experience a plusUniversity graduate with major in Accounting or FinanceCPA or CFA or equivalent qualification a plusEffective communication, highly responsive, and strong follow-through skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle multi-tasks.Self-motivated and work independently with minimum supervision.Good team playerKey SkillsWhat's In It For You?Elective Benefits: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.Grow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.Elevate Your Personal Well-Being: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
