FP&A Analyst (Klang)About our client:
This company is a market-leading MNC with multiple brand presence and partnerships across the globe. They are looking to hire an FP&A Analyst for their team in Klang.Your key responsibilities include:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights on customer trends, pricing, and volume to support performance discussions and decision-making.
Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare and deliver quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work with the Sales team to develop BCEM modeling and Investment Summaries, creating attractive and profitable customer offers in line with procedures and objectives.
Fulfill reporting requirements for APAC and the business unit, develop and maintain work instructions, and continuously seek improvements to enhance stakeholder impact and business unit performance.
Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering.
The ideal candidate should have:
At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in scope involving financial analytics, business partnering, and controllership.
Exposure in MNC organisations.
Experience using SAP system.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance).
