1) Retroactive Adjustment compilation & analysis – yearly & monthly - To establish the Retroactivity costing template to control and monitor the cost elements (Material, Labor, Overheads and Amortisation) for the project.
- Prepare and compile data for monthly Cost Review with Customer for controlling purposes.
- Prepare and compile data for yearly assembly fee negotiation.
- To match provisional fees with actual fees and calculate the retroactive adjustments.
- Review and monitoring cost allocation methodology. To check the data accuracy by performing sanity check.
- Attend to customer queries.
2) Division's expenses analysis and profitability analysis – monthly - Prepare monthly financial analysis report and evaluate performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with provisional fee, identifying trends and provide improvement suggestions to management.
- Work closely with manufacturing team and attend monthly cost review meeting
- Build and maintain databases for internal management reporting.
- Maintain & perform data integrity check
4) Financial closing – monthly & yearly - Provide monthly accrual for retroactive adjustment related.
5) Others – ad hoc - Troubleshoot to resolve issues & queries related to reporting processes in a timely, responsible, and proactive manner by collaborating with internal and external customers.
- Attend to queries from internal and external auditors.
- Improve analysis & the reporting process by customizing excel formula/ SAP query
- Other duties as assigned to support financial analysis and reporting
