About the Company:
Randstad is collaborating with a leading Multinational Retail Group headquartered in Hong Kong, which is a key player in the fashion industry. They are in search of a new FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join their office in Kuala Lumpur. This role is crucial for supporting the company's expansion efforts and contributing to their financial strategy and operations.
About the Job:
Oversee Financial Management:Lead the financial management accounting team for Malaysia.
Manage and monitor business planning and financial activities to meet financial plans and budgets.
Develop and communicate budget and planning assumptions to stakeholders.
Support P&L Management:Collaborate with the Malaysia General Manager to manage the P&L.
Provide analysis on sales performance and operating costs.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling for decision-making to improve financial performance.
Ensure Checks and Balances:Implement checks to safeguard company interests.
Engage relevant stakeholders in planning and implementation.
Ensure transparency and access to necessary information for decision-making.
Budget and Financial Planning:Prepare and present budgets, financial plans, and business documents as required.
Conduct continuous financial audits and reviews.
Monitor performance, adherence to budgets, expenditures, and potential risks and opportunities.
Cost Analysis and Optimization:Analyze key cost drivers and identify cost optimization alternatives.
Recommend solutions to prioritize company benefits.
Team Development:Train and motivate the financial planning and analysis team.
Ensure high levels of service and support to the business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics with any accounting professional qualifications.
Proven at least 8-10 years of experience in FP&A roles, with a track record of financial analysis and strategic planning.
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
