Job Description To support the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of FPA in the area of financial planning and analysis with the on-going restructuring of the Group's Finance function.
Responsible to/Report to : Head of FPA Key Responsibilities: To assist and support the Head of FPA on the following: Relook / Revamp Monthly Performance Reporting.
Drive Value Creation agenda i.e.
identify value creators and value destroyers.
Drive Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning process across the Group.
Standardize templates & drive automation.
Monitor KPI performance.
Requirements Degree in Accounting / Finance / Professional qualification ACCA/CPA and a member of MIA / CIMA / MICPA.
Preferably 5 years of working experience in financial / accounting or relevant fields.
Strong financial analysis, communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and observe confidentiality.
