Key Responsibilities: 1. Partners Acquisition:
- Responsible for identifying and evaluating potential partners in the market.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit qualified partner
- Conduct market research to identify potential franchisee hotspots and assess market viability
2. Franchise Development
- Create an attractive and comprehensive franchise offering
- Provide support to partners in understanding the brand, business model, and operational
requirements
- Assist Expansion Manager in strategies to develop the networks with partners
3. Franchise Process
- Ensure the franchising process works smoothly
- Set up the operation, documents and training
- Collaborate with partners to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines
4. Partnership
- Ensure the relationship between the company and partner is being maintained and satisfied
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their concerns and providing
guidance
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess partners' performance and identify opportunities for
improvement
Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of experience in franchise development and management, preferably in the
Fitness or F&B industry
- Familiar with Asia region
- Proactive, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential partners and support existing ones
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and partners' performance
