Role Summary
This role's primary responsibility is to work on disputes raised by customers who paid Ria using the New Payments Platform (NPP), which is an open-access infrastructure designed for fast payments in Australia. Disputes can vary from requests to hold funds, approval of refunds, and requests for information.
