Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)
End-to-end planning and implementation of all Freshworks system upgrades, enhancements, customization, and configuration.
Hands-on analyzing, designing, and developing complex functionality with two or more functional areas in Freshworks.
Using scripting tools and Freshworks functionality to create scripts, scheduled jobs, and business rules to achieve required business outcomes.
Hands-on experience in integrating Freshworks with other systems such as Jira.
Supporting and assisting the global desktop manager with ongoing tasks and recommending improvements and automation processes within Freshworks.

You will require the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering (or related technical discipline).
2+ years of experience in Freshworks and Service Portal.
Knowledge in ITIL process.
Familiarity with SQL, HTML, UI design, and CSS.
Configuration of Freshworks's ITSM service catalog.
