Altuz Academy is seeking a skilled and personableFront Desk Administratorto join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
This position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Managing incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate parties
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry and organisation of office supplies
Coordinating meeting room bookings, catering and other logistical arrangements
Providing support to the wider team as needed
What we're looking for
4 years of prior experience in areceptionistorfront deskrole, within an office environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders in English
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general administrative software
A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well within a team
