Front Desk Assistant (Hotel)

Hotel Front Desk Assistant is responsible for greeting guests in an efficient and courteous manner. They provide information of available rooms, rates and amenities.They are performing the task of hotel room check-in and check-out services to hotel guest. They register guest and distributes room keys, informing the method and process payments by guest. Front Desk also in-charge of managing online and phone reservations.Besides, they need to liaise with the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
