We arelooking for a highly professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be a European female with excellent communication skills and a strong background in hospitality management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Services: Oversee the front desk operations to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests. Team Leadership: Assist in managing and training front desk staff to uphold high service standards. Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, team members, and other hotel departments. Operational Management: Assist in scheduling, staff management, and administrative tasks to ensure optimal front desk performance. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided by the front desk team, ensuring adherence to hotel standards. Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to front desk operations, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring minimal impact on guest satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality management role at a luxury hotel/property. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Professionalism: Strong professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer Service: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
