Job Content Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.Provide support to other staff members as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Monitor Sales Specialists attendance.Monitor compliance of Test Drive records.Manage the safeguard of vehicle test drive keys.Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom at all time.Monitor clerical & non-clerical duties and administration function.Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the superior.Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements. Education / Professional Qualification Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Economics or related field. Professional Experience Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to write and speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Ability to work proactively on own initiative as well as in a team environment.Strong problem solving skills
