Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers to an organization, the Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere while handling various administrative tasks.
Job Description:
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide directions and assistance as needed.
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered timely.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with general office duties as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with scheduling appointments or reservations.
Handle cash and credit card transactions.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least an SPM.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Candidates with experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.

Available locations:Tropicana Gardens Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Setia City Mall, Puchong Jaya.
Working hours:6 days, 10/11 AM to 7/8 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM.
