Front Desk/ Receptionist

Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, schedules, and meetings.
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring excellent service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in basic English and Malay, with excellent customer service abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
High school education (STM/STPM) or equivalent; applicants without this qualification are still encouraged to apply.
Job Details:
Schedule: Day shift with rotation for night shifts if required.
Education: STM/STPM or equivalent.
