Job Description :
Front Office ManagementGreet and welcome visitors/clients.
Answer calls, respond to emails, and receive documents/parcel deliveries.
Administrative SupportOversee and support all administrative duties in the office, such as arranging couriers, filing and photocopying, preparing documents (presentations, letters, memos), etc.
Meeting & Appointment CoordinationCoordinate and manage meetings and appointments.
Office OrganizationMaintain an organized office environment to increase efficiency.
Inventory & Supplies ManagementMonitor office and pantry supplies inventory.
Facility & Equipment MaintenanceOversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform other relevant duties as required by the superior.
Job Requirement :
2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
Degree qualification in the relevant field.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Familiarity with handling confidential information securely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
