New Joiner Preparation:Coordinate workstation setup, Badge ID issuance, Name Card printing, and Access Card control.
Welfare Organization:Plan and source suppliers for daily snacks and festival gifts within the provided budget.
Company Car Management:Oversee car usage, maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewal.
Visitor Reception:Provide visitor reception services and meeting support.
Space Management:Manage office space needs, including cleaning, leasing, expansion, relocation, renovation, workstation repairs, office maintenance, green plant care, and general upkeep.
SIM Card Management:Address SIM card requirements for business departments and update system data accordingly.
Payment Management:Ensure timely submission and record-keeping of payments.
Dormitory Management:Oversee housing leases for expatriate staff and maintain general records and monitoring.
Additional Duties:Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Service Targets:Provide support for regional administrative tasks in Europe, if required.
Required Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree or above
Skills & Added Value:
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Good communication skills, fast response, and outgoing
Service-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English
Preferably someone that can communicate well in Mandarin
Working Experience:
1-3 years of administrative work experience
