Perform all check-in and check-out tasks- Manage online, walk-ins & phone reservations- Welcome guests upon their arrival, assign rooms & know-how the process of front desk- Provide information about our hotel, facilities and places of attraction- Liaise with housekeeping department to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and ready for guest- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.**Job Requirement**:- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu.
