What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival and departureHandling guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient mannerAssisting with guest check-in and check-out processesMaintaining accurate records and documentationProviding concierge services, such as recommending local attractions and making reservationsEnsuring the front office area is well-presented and organisedSupporting the wider hotel operations as requiredWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.A friendly, professional and enthusiastic attitudeFlexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
