Details of the offer

Minimum SPM with good English spoken and writing- Minimum experience 2 years in Hotel industry in the same capacity.- To anticipate guest needs, and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive.- To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, gymnasium.- To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard.- Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.- To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their experience.- Check every Registration card for accuracy, legibility and completeness of information. Follow-up for any discrepancies.- Greet all guests at the lobby upon arrivals and departure.- Up-selling for our room and facilities.- Check and arrange all guests' bills and ensure all transaction is supported with voucher/bills for departing guest.- Ensure Front Office Cashier Cash Float is correct and balance.- Ensure that Front Office Department is with the most stringent hygiene and sanitation requirements including counter and office area.- Punctual to work- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times according to Resort's standards.Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Early shift- Night shift
