Perform check in/check out/room assignment/room change for hotel guestsGreet arriving guests, register and issue room keys according to hotel's policiesHandle guests' request, enquiry or complaints promptlyPerform other duties assigned by the Management Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skillsBeing multi-lingual will be an added advantageComputer literate to include Excel, Word, Outlook, Opera, Ezee PMS
