Front Office Asssistant

Responsibilities:- Ability to perform guest check in and check out- Handle room reservations- Ability to fulfill guest request- Able to provide exceptional customer service at all times- Ability to plan and priorities work to exceed expectation- Front Desk telephone answering- Handling cashiering tasks- In charge of guest relations matters- Perform night audit worksRequirement:- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in tourism and hotel management or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience/ fresh graduate- Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.**HOSTEL PROVIDED****Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Parental leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Cameron Highlands: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
