With a growing team, we are currently seeking for Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager role who will be overseeing daily operation of Front Office activities in one of our latest prestige developments in Genting Highlands.
Job Title : Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager

Report to : Residence Manager
Salary Range : RM5,000 – RM7,000

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front office team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.Ensure that all front office procedures are followed and align with company policies and standards.Train, coach, and motivate the front office staff to maintain a high level of service excellence.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience throughout their stay.Monitor and manage occupancy levels, room assignments, and revenue targets. Requirements:
Proven experience in a front office or hospitality management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficient in front office systems and hotel management software.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest issues professionally.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms.
