Responsibilities:Manage, supervise and lead the team in front office to attain excellent customer service and maximizing profitability for the rooms division.
Ensure a high satisfaction index from all guests with regards to the product quality and service standard.
Up-sell room and all other business opportunities within the resort to maximize profitability for the resort, including various recreational activities.
Conduct regular training, guidance and continuous motivation program for all Front Office associates.
Produce and submit required statistical reports and analysis within the time frame.
Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile.
Requirements:2 - 3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Strong organizational, budget management and problem solving skills.
Open for Malaysian only.
