Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.**Responsibilities**:- Provide professional expertise and specialization in scouting for potential employees and developing hiring strategies- Maintain the flow of applicants by ads placement, develop recruiting sources, and execute monthly / quarterly recruiting source reports.- Support to prepare salary proposals for approvals- Support in the onboarding process for all new employees.- Building, updating, and maintaining the talent pool database- Maintaining relationships with college alumni associations, event coordinators, etc.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field- High proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English- Critical thinking skills are essential with the ability to multi-task**Be a part of UOB Family**:
