What you'll do
Overseeing the entire order-to-delivery process in South-East Asia.
Ensuring timely and accurate customer order entry through service level monitoring and appropriate staffing in customer service.
Ensuring reliable delivery lead-times through effective stock level management and up-to-date data input.
Maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency within terminals and logistics operations.
Promoting a continuous improvement culture and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Supporting the digital transformation of the customer journey from order to delivery.
Keeping close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Area Sales Director, Sales Country Managers, Supply Planning, etc.
Who you are
You have bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain.
You have proven experience in fulfillment/operational/logistics management in manufacturing industry.
You have strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations.
You have demonstrated leadership and team management skills, in a multi-cultural environment.
You have analytical mindset with the ability to take decisions, drive process improvements and manage KPIs.
You are available for frequent travel to SEA locations.
You have fluent English skill.
