Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Respond to Inquiries:Handle customer inquiries and requests through different channels, primarily WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Operations Support:Assist the operations team with day-to-day tasks.
Customer Service & Account Management:Manage and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential customers by delivering excellent customer service and providing ongoing account management support.
Feedback Management:Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality and support team initiatives.
Problem Resolution:Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Possess at least a high school certificate.
Written and verbal communication skills in both English & Cantonese (Traditional Chinese).
Preferably someone with at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Has a strong sense of responsibility, is independent, and customer-friendly.
Positive, empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
