About the role

Cyco Fire Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Full Time Clerk to join our dynamic team in Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our company.
What you'll be doing Providing administrative support to the management team.Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, ensuring all documentation is well-organised and readily accessibleProcessing and managing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentsHandling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer servicePerforming other general administrative duties as requiredWhat we're looking for At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a similar industryStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanourProficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasksA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn If you are excited about the prospect of joining our team, we encourage you to apply now!
