Fullstack Developer (Chinese Speakers)

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web applications. Design and develop web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant technologies.  Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance software development processes and productivity. Design and implement database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and ensure data integrity. Develop and maintain web APIs and services, ensuring proper documentation and versioning. Perform thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and proposing solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in C# development, .NET technologies, and software engineering in general. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). At least 5 years of Extensive experience in C# development and in-depth knowledge of the .NET framework. Proven experience in designing and developing complex web applications using ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core. Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Expertise in relational databases, SQL query optimization, and database design principles. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin.
