Job Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with General Practitioners (GPs) and Pharmacists in retail settings to develop integrated care plans that align with patients' overall health objectives.Exhibit an empathetic and patient-centered approach in all interactions, fostering a sense of trust and partnership with patients.Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of healthcare, integrating new knowledge and best practices into patient care.Address customer inquiries regarding medications, order status, and platform functionality, delivering high-quality customer service.Assist in processing orders and stock requests to fulfill customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.Collaborate with the technical development team to conduct quality assurance testing for digital health system enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.Engage with programmers and stakeholders to gather business requirements and discuss system enhancements, ensuring alignment with user needs and platform objectives.Provide support and guidance to pharmacy staff and sales assistants on platform-related/ system-related/ workflow-related queries, facilitating smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Analyze platform data to derive insights and prepare presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders or clients.Job Requirements: Able to work in the fast-paced environment, work under pressure with positive attitude.Demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in customer interactions and stakeholder engagements.Good command of English and Bahasa MalaysiaBe flexible to travel occasionally and cover shift work or weekend duty as needed to support platform operations.With experience, enjoying patient care, and have business sense is preferred.Past experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.Candidate to be based at Shah Alam HQ or Caring HQ, work closely with E-Health Big App Platform & operation team on health programme and campaigns.
