Functional Consultant

Provides leadership and serves as a functional expert representative across teams and clients to achieve excellence in all areas of business for the company and champions change and can effectively manage the implementation of full life cycle of software system project. Reinforces team approach throughout solutioning efforts, supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare and conduct customer company business process analysis- Provide mapping requirements with software solutions.- Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations.- Document business requirements, gatherings and issues and updated business process flows.- Prepare training material and conduct training for system to customer.- System testing on customization by technical team against customer request as per document.- Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisors.- Coordinate and collaborate workflow processes and issues in designing, programming and testing.- Research and testing on new system, newer version and new functionality.- Manage customer relationships & ensure high customer satisfaction.**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Engineering: 1 year (preferred)- Integration: 1 year (preferred)- Technical Consultant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
