The Fund Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the Profit Ploughback/Impact Fund under the direction of the Head of Strategy & ESG Office. This position involves overseeing fund utilization, supporting the implementation of ESG programs and initiatives, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES Management of Profit Ploughback/Impact Fund: Assist the Head of Strategy & ESG Office in monitoring the usage of the Profit Ploughback/Impact Fund. Evaluate and assess the suitability of initiatives for funds utilization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ESG principles. Support the deployment of ESG programs, projects, and initiatives, including content development and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Secretariat Support: Serve as the secretariat to the Profit Ploughback/Impact Fund Council, responsible for organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fund activities and council proceedings. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on the progress and performance of initiatives funded by the Profit Ploughback/Impact Fund. Present findings and updates to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Office Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Strategy & ESG Office, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in coordinating internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ESG initiatives and alignment with broader organizational objectives. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders as needed to facilitate project implementation and resource mobilization. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sustainability, or related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields. Proven experience in fund management, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting. Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainable finance practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
