Fund Operations Executive | Open for Fresh Graduates | BilingualThe Fund Operations role focuses on managing bank accounts, arranging payments, and overseeing fund management, including forecasting and adjustments. Job Responsibilities:
Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds.
Manage fund operations, including forecasting and adjustments.
Prepare financial and data analysis reports.
Perform reconciliation of positions and investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in a related field with experience in Fund Operations/Fund Management/Fund Administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Able to commit to rotating shifts is a must.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced agile team.
Fluency in Chinese and English to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
Open to fresh graduates.
