Responsibilities :
1. Plan, manage and control overall production activities to achieve set production output KPI
2. Ensure optimum productivity with minimum wastage and zero rejection rate.
3. Mindful and control inventory level at minimal value.
3. Provide on-time production report to Management to ensure all productions KPI are delivered.
4. Output and quality assurance of finished goods to meet the required standard.
5. Production coordination of shifts operation.
5. Planning shift, manpower allocation and assessment of worker capability.
6. Upholding best safety rules and regulations
7. Control discipline and headcount of production departments.
8. Responsible to upkeep the cleanliness of plant and factory by organizing regular spot checks and implementing 5S working environment.
9. To identify the staff knowledge and skills gap. Provide input and suggestions to Subsidiary Director/CEO on the training requirement for all the production workers. Train/ re-train them in their respective job functions as of whenever needed or in the yearly assessment event.
10. Sales, trade fairs, expo and exhibition exposures and experience.
Job Requirement :
1. Minimum in Diploma or relevant technical education.
2. Pleasant and good communication skill to employees as well as suppliers and customers.
3. Min 6-8 years' hand-on working experience in large scale furniture manufacturing faciltiy.
4. Preferably with experience in large scale RTA (Ready-to-assemble) furniture production environment.
5. Familiar with ISO compliance and regulatory environment.
6. Experience in Supply Chain Management is added advantage.
7. Posses driving license & have own transport.
8. Successful candidate may be required to travel extensively abroad for sales solicitation.
